Welcome to our cozy studio located in the heart of St François Longchamp. Nestled on the 2nd floor of the 'L'Alouette' residence, this studio offers 26 m² of comfortable living space, ideal for up to 4 guests. As you step onto the balcony, enjoy the eastern exposure with stunning views of the pistes.
This studio is perfectly situated at the foot of the ski school and the slopes, ensuring easy ski-in/ski-out access. Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a Canapé RAPIDO and a dining space. For your culinary needs, the fully-equipped kitchen boasts 4 vitroceramic plates, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and appliances including a coffee maker, kettle, fondue set, and raclette machine.
The sleeping arrangements include a separate mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (separated by an accordion door) and a comfortable Canapé RAPIDO in the living area. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub, and there’s an independent WC.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Practical amenities include a ski locker and access to an elevator. Parking is available outside the residence. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the rental includes duvets. A deposit is required. The key handover is managed directly by the owner, who can be contacted via email or phone.
