The Balneotherapy center has one objective: your shape and comfort.
All water activities adjust to one’s level and desires, from the advanced swimmer to the amateur of water relaxation.
The Balneo area is open 7 days a week (entrance fee €19) from 10 am to 8 pm, on Wednesdays non-stop from 10am to 10:30pm
Aquatic programs :
The programs are conceived with the preparation / action / relaxation diagram and benefit from the experience of high-level sports using strength and movement of water as a tool :
- Relaxation programs: enjoy pleasurable moments and take some time to think of yourself.
- Challenge programs: enjoy an intense, and different athletic experience.
- Shape programs: practice a sport at your level, without restraint, effortless.
- Sudation programs: let yourself go, from one temperature to another, from one ambiance to another.
Your customized program: with Forum’Form build your own program with series of modules of your choice and your preference: to relax, get in shape or weight loss.
You are assisted for one hour by: a trainer, a beautician, a masseuse or aqua-therapist.
Relaxation and Care: The Forum des Eaux thinks of those who feel like thinking of themselves!
Full range of treatments: face, body, hands and feet, massage, steam room and sauna, altitude package, hair removal and men’s care.
Discover sudation with Jacuzzi, bubble baths and outdoor pool, tepidarium, sudatorium / caldarium, sauna, shower experience and ice fountain.
Group lessons: Get fit and enjoy the softness and benefits of water, the Forum proposes group classes – fitness or aquatic – adapted to your goals.
- Fitness: recov’ski, stretching, prepa’ski, shower gym, fitness, physical culture, abs / waist / thighs / buttocks, step, body barre.
- Water: Aqua stretching, aerobics, aqua-body, aqua-cycling
